Wedding planning isn't easy – even for a popstar idol. Fergie, 32, is beginning to feel the pre-bridal stress as she attempts to simultaneously balance her career and nuptial preparations. Although she has shows lined up around the corner, the de-licious Black Eyed Peas star is contemplating taking serious time out with fiance, Josh Duhamel, 35, in order to hash out the wedding plans. The couple are running out of time: an inside source reveals that Fergie has her heart set on summer nuptials.

The pair have been dating since 2004 and only became engaged last December. Unlike other Hollywood couples who drag out their betrothal for years, the Las Vegas star and Dutchess are eager to take their relationship to the next level. When interviewed by People Magazine in January, Duhamel said, “Right now, we're just figuring it all out. We're just enjoying it.” At that point the duo had yet to settle on a location. According to a local informant, Fergie has finally determined the reception venue but has sealed her lips on the details. The couple will be withholding all information so as to deter the media until the big day.

So how does a star plan a wedding? As it turns out, just like anyone else! Fergie was seen on a number of occasions snatching bridal magazines off the shelves at local bookstores. “I have a big stack of wedding magazines, and I've never picked one up before in my life,” she confessed to USA Today.

This is a first marriage for both; in fact, the first serious relationship Fergie has ever had. Her wild past consists of a few unmentionable flings that she has done her best to bury. Duhamel, at one point, was engaged to long-time model girlfriend, Kristy Pierce. Having never put together a wedding before, the couple will no doubt be turning to a professional wedding planner who can assist in making their dream wedding a ferga-licious reality.

Presently, both Ferg and Duhamel are doing their best to push thoughts on the wedding to the side when at work – with no success! Fergie was unable to make it to Duhamel's 100th episode celebration of Las Vegas, and it was obvious that her absence was bothering him. When addressed by reporters, all Duhamel could talk about was the plans that was currently in the works.

As to where the wedding will take place, only Fergie knows for sure. When staying at the Palms in Vegas, Duhamel did hint that it seemed like the prime place to tie the knot. Whether they decide on having it in their hometown or out and about in Sin City, we're sure it will be an event of a lifetime!
